In this 90-minute session, we’ll kick-off our working relationship by delving into how your business is currently running and where systems can be built to save time and energy. We’ll talk through your business mission, systems and priority projects and also create an organizational chart to eliminate role confusion amongst the team.
Weekly Status Calls
As a long-term client, we’ll meet at the same time each week for quick check-in call via phone or Skype. The weekly call is our time for a quick status meeting to discuss outstanding tasks, priorities and any issues. These calls are no more than 30 minutes in duration.
With the Co-Pilot experience, I’ll be available for support via our designated project management software and email (during office hours). Remember, you aren’t doing this alone anymore!
You’ll finally be able to find the mental space and focus to do what you need to do to meet your business goals and keep your business moving forward, knowing that you have a partner by your side the entire time.
Your Investment: all packages are customized to meet your exact needs and start at $2,500 per month (minimum 6-month commitment)

Step 1. Schedule a complimentary, no-obligation consult. You can do that right here.
Step 2. While booking your consult (through the link in step 1 above), be sure to fully answer the questions from me. Before we hop on the phone, I’d like to know a bit about you and what you’d like to get out of working with me.
Step 3. Get a reminder email from me 24 hours before our consult. If we’re connecting via Skype, be sure I have your Skype ID at this time (if you haven’t already provided it).
Step 4. At the scheduled time of your consult, we’ll consult! We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit.
Step 5. Then we’ll get started! If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.
