Standard Policies for All Clients
Office Hours and Response Times
Office hours are Monday through Friday 8AM – 3PM CT. If you need assistance outside of normal business hours, please let us know and we will accommodate you as best we can.*
If you have an urgent or off hour request, please email support [at] lindsaygomez [dot] com and include as many details as possible, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
*Please note that a surcharge will be assessed for urgent, off-hour, or vacation requests that will be added to your invoice.

Holiday Schedule
The office observes the following holidays:
- Martin Luther King Day
- President’s Day
- Good Friday
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving
- Year-End Holidays: December 23rd-January 2nd
For clients whose recurring status meeting falls on a holiday, there will be the option to skip our meeting that week or hold it later in the week (day of week dependent on availability).
Vacation
I will provide you with a three (3) week notice prior to any vacation time. In the unlikely event that I’m unable to provide 3 weeks advanced notice, I will provide you with as much notice as possible.
For Business Consulting and Coaching Clients
Coaching Package Scope
All coaching packages include the specific number of sessions, deliverables and support as outlined on the package purchase page and/or custom proposal. Requests for work outside of the package scope are subject to review, acceptance and additional fees. Client to pay all costs associated with the implementation of any action steps, recommendations, etc., such as software and outside contractor fees.
Payments
The total current cost of each coaching package is outlined on the package purchase page and/or custom proposal, with payment due prior to booking and/or as a monthly payment. All payments are non-refundable.
Scheduling
It is the responsibility of the client to schedule all sessions prior to package expiration. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellation within 48 hours may result in the session being forfeited.
Logistics
Coaching sessions will take place via phone or Zoom (as previously arranged) and clients are to promptly meet at the time we have agreed upon through Acuity scheduling for all appointments.
For clients who are not available ten minutes after a scheduled appointment start time, or unable to be reached at that time, the session will be canceled and no refund will be provided.
Confidentiality
We are committed to keeping everything shared during our work together completely confidential. From time to time, the broad outlines of a client’s progress may be shared for training or marketing purposes; however, name, along with any other identifying information, will always remain anonymous.
Liability Waiver
Lindsay Gomez is not an accountant, tax professional, financial advisor, bookkeeper, insurance agent, or attorney, and all clients will consult a professional for advice specific to their business in these areas as needed.
By working with Lindsay Gomez, each client understands that individual success is based on a myriad of factors and that Lindsay Gomez is not and can not guarantee a certain return on investment or increase in revenue as a result of working together.
Each client takes full responsibility for their own choices and results.
For Business Management Clients
Communication and New Projects
Please submit your task requests through the designated Project Management software, and assign it to the correct team member. To discuss projects via phone, please email in advance to schedule a time.
Only written requests are considered official. Therefore, please follow up in this manner for any requests made via phone.
We will respond to all requests within 24 hours to confirm receipt and if needed, provide an estimate and timeline for completion of the task/project.
Project and task lead-time are as follows:
• 24 hours for basic office tasks; examples of basic tasks include minor website updates, addition of new blog post, schedule coordination
• 3 days for advanced tasks and all projects; examples of larger tasks and projects include create and publish LeadPage with full email integration (new list creation, autoresponders, etc.), set-up sales page for program launch, put together and schedule newsletter
If the request is received during either a holiday or weekend, we will respond before the close of business the following workday.
Status Meetings
We will hold a regularly scheduled phone call, either weekly or bi-weekly, for a quick status meeting to discuss outstanding tasks, priorities and any issues. These calls are no more than 30 minutes in duration. I recommend you make this call a priority to attend.
